Kilograms or pounds, your call Pick your unit once on the Plan tab and every weight in the app follows: maxes, training maxes, targets, logged sets, history and stats. What you type is kept exactly as you typed it, in the unit you typed it in. Nothing gets rounded or rewritten. Anything logged before this update keeps the unit it was logged in, and the app tells you where it assumed one. The lift card Log how hard your top set was with reps in reserve, and the day's lift load is worked out from what you actually lifted. Add bar speed to a set and the Velocity tab builds your load and speed picture over time, with an estimated max that comes from your own sets, not a formula off a chart. Program import reads more of your coach's notation More set and rep styles parse on the first try. If a line can't be read, you can drop just that line and keep the rest, and the program remembers what was left out and why. A pasted program with bare loads asks once which unit it's written in. Safer deleting Deleting a session now takes two taps, with a confirm step, so a stray touch can't wipe a day. Smoother throughout Charts, panels and plates move with purpose and stay out of your way. Dictation now hears the unit when you say it.
