Finally updated! Bugs fixed
Update on update on update: The devs finally fixed the daily prize money function. No additional cities, but I’m glad you finally brought back daily goals.

Update: it took months and I unsubscribed to Netflix. They finally updated for iOS 18 and it works.
Update: It no longer works at all. I updated to iOS 18.5, and all it does is crash immediately! Please fix!
I’ve been playing for over a year now, and at first I was having fun and liked improving as I meandered through the “journey.” A couple months ago, the game stopped offering new weekly badges, and there’s a warning that pops up every time I sign in. Something about not being connected to the internet (except I am). I complained over the phone & a few days later it seemed almost fixed. I was again getting daily goals, though still no new badges. Now it’s back to saying I’m not online, and I can only get new goals if I connect. I’m running 18.3.2 on an iPad, so I’m current. Fix the app, please!

Repeated crashes
Downloaded and played for five minutes. Crashed three times, each time immediately after completing a puzzle. More bugs to squash.
Great Game but needs a fix for the game Crashing
I am really enjoying this game and think it is teaching me how to play chess. However the game randomly crashing is making it a less pleasurable experience. Please developers come up with a fix as the game has great potential!

A great game for learning chess!
Error
There is an error in the last puzzle for the bodyguarding tactic. This puzzle cannot be solved in under four moves. I have even used AI to try and solve this puzzle. Many many frustrating times and even AI says that there has been an error in it. It cannot be done please fix this.
Mostly great, but some very bad flaws
I really enjoy playing this game, but there are some flaws that seriously bug me. First of all, there is some sort of app glitch where if you come back the next day, you will be negative a few thousand coins for no reason whatsoever.
Second, they don't provide enough information about why you can or cannot make a certain move. I saw that other people had mentioned this as well.
Third, some of the games will require you to make moves exactly the same way that the computer is thinking, even if it has the same end result. It's very frustrating to be able to do a better job such as a mate in one rather than two. We have to go through every single scenario to do it exactly the way of computer wants you to, rather than allowing some flexibility for the end result.

I absolutely love this one. Have been learning lots of things chess while reminiscing over how amazing the show was.

Crashes and goes to a black screen as soon as I open on both iPad and iPhone

The game won’t start at all, I get the Netflix logo then a black screen, but other Netflix games work fine

This app does not work on my iPhone 14. EVERY app works except this one. I’ve tried so many things to get it to work but it won’t.
Servers down
Can’t sync play between ipad and phone. When you fail a puzzle, you have to listen to the failure text, go back to the rewards screen rather, then click the retry. Who thought that was a good design?!
