Where are my tickets?

I received an email confirmation that I purchased my tickets, but when I log into the app they’re not there.

Pointless

It’s an app that directs you to websites, what a waste! Just let people pull up tickets on the regular website & add to phone wallet, it’s 2024 already! Unnecessary apps are wasting everyone’s time.

Wild waste of my time

Just trying to access tickets I purchased to a Shell event, so I downloaded the app, as instructed. It’s incredibly laggy/slow. Several of the links aren’t responsive - I just tap and nothing happens. Every time I try to log in, I get an “unable to log into anonymous account” error. What on earth does that even mean?!

Garbage

An unnecessary app and by the time they send the access code it is expired. Just email tickets like everyone else. Must be run by the dysfunctional City of SD government

My first app review

Whoever in the marketing department decided this garbage app was a good idea should be fired. Requiring an app for ticket retrieval is idiotic, annoying, and likely results in lower concert attendance as a result of poor user experience.

Reset does not delete data

I logout and select reset in settings. Can still view tickets even though reset states all app data will be deleted. Would be nice to add tickets to apple wallet. No way to provide app feedback in app.

Food ordering component

The Shell app works fine - but the food ordering function within it, which requires an entire separate set of credentials, is a nightmare. Tried preordering food for my Marina table about 10 times, without success. I would establish an account, and then for some unknown reason the payment wouldn’t process and it would kick me off. Then I’d try logging back in and it would not recognise my credentials- as if I had never registered. Went through the process multiple times and gave up. I’ll eat elsewhere before the concert.

Looks awesome - isn’t.

Bought tix. Mobile delivery option was auto selected. Went with it…this’ll be easier, right? Nope. Immediately after setting up account the app didn’t recognize my username or password. Tried to reset multiple times. Never received the email. Finally, after abojt 3rd or 5”4th attempt, got a “please call us to retrieve your tickets” notification. Don’t waste your time. Get your tickets literally ANY other way, even if it means driving somewhere to do so. At least you’ll be able to accurately plan for the amount of time you’ll have to invest simply to get your tix. Final note - having had these issues, don’t think I’d trust the app to store/retrieve my fix on concert day. Brutal experience.

It does work but geeZ

Just downloaded the app. It worked first try for me. Lots of bad reviews so I was hesitant. I do think it’s a waste of my time. Just send me the ticket in the email I provided. I’m the one paying. Make it easy for me. Deleting the app after the concert for sure. Low key bro.

useless.

literally no purpose to the app. anything you click on redirects you to the actual website so why not just let me access things through the website… like every other concert vendor ever.

Tickets didn’t show up in the app after logging in

Tickets should be emailed as a scannable barcode like literally everyone else does. They force you to download this app and the tickets were not even there. I had to wait in line to have mine printed at the venue.

App Upgrade

It is a disaster! My season tickets have been wiped out! Unnecessary stress and waste of time

Unnecessary, just put tickets on website!

I hate that they make you download their stupid app instead of just being able to access your tickets on the website. Also if you have a previous version and dont have the update on your phone it forces you to update. You shouldnt be forced to have an app or pay extra to go to their concerts.

App needs some work

You can’t tell which tickets you already transferred 🤔

Why? No Reason.

If you downloaded this app it is only to save a few bucks for printing you a ticket. I just want to attend a concert one evening. Why make me go through this rigmarole. This app leads to websites you likely already visited if you bought the ticket. And so, this app does not make it so that I’ll be more likely to go to more concerts or order food before the show. Instead, I’ll be deleting this app from my phone while settling into my seat. For the love of all that is good in this world, just let us add an electronic ticket to our wallet. Even airlines show this level of decency

Poor customer support

The ap is of no value, forced to download it in order to access my tickets. I will delete the ap after the show and never buy another ticket.

Does not work

First time I have tried to use this app and I am unable to access my tickets on the day of the concert. What a piece of junk. It does not so the only thing it needs to do.

Doesn’t work

It doesn’t load our tickets

There is no point to this app.

There is no point to this app. It’s garbage. Just send the PDF when you send confirmation. Over engineered and confusing.

Why not Apple wallet to access tickets?

Just send my tickets to the Apple wallet, this only adds complexity to entering the venue.
