Hello
Here on day 6 I have felt a change. I am happier, and see how choices to respond are there. Also I might understand more about setting intentions. I intended deep sleeping and waking up refreshed, and so slept through most of the breathes. All that to say, I am pleased and grateful.

Joining not just following “Reconnected “ 21 day Nervous System was just what I needed in right time! Wanted to do breath work for couple of years .Joining where you bean guided ,nurtured and supported was perfect start doing it for long time in future. Yes I’m sad it ended but I do feel confident I will continue . I wanted to do breath work originally for health benefits, but I learned and seen already other benefits my mental state and coping with triggered situations in every day life! I know there is more but I can’t put in words.Teachers Emma and Eleanor are amazing and caring , with humour and but death . Team of mentors are good too and you know you will be looked after. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(they didn’t give me choice for 6😉
