Can’t read paper
New format is not compatible for my iPad.
Customer service told me to buy a newer
Version to read Recorder. Could you buy
One for me. I do get a hard copy delivered
But it is always late. How much longer can

Bad update
It’s harder to read an article all the way through. And when I want to print one, or share it, I can’t choose just that article. It won’t work anymore on our older iPad that we got specifically to read the newspaper.
No longer usable
I can’t download the latest version nor use the version I currently have due to my iPad’s age.
Needs some tweaks
iPhone user. Clunky user interface. Some navigation steps are sporadic. Some articles can’t be selected. A disappointing, and frustrating experience more often than not.
The Greenfield Recorder App terrible
The app is terrible.
-In full page mode, the entire news page does not fit on the screen.
-When in article read mode, the advertising is distracting. There is a wide bar at the bottom, and embedded ads that often flash, distracting the reader from the article.
-The app does not respond to keyboard commands on an iPad
-The new day’s enews does not automatically load. I have to back out from the last page of the previous day, find the new day, and open that.
-The old app, while not as flashy and new looking was much more intuitive to use.
-Comparitively, this app is terrible.

Have the classic, or legacy view return.
New interface is not what I like to use to read the Recorder. I’d rather have the paper delivered and it’s not an option for my route any more. Have a legacy option made available please.
Hate new format
What happened to the traditional turn the page technology? It was simple and straightforward. Turn to the next page and chose an article to read. New online version is a maze where you keep turning up on the page you’ve already read.

Why did you change the way the e-paper works? I preferred the way it was. Like so much tech, it feels like change for change sake, not really an improvementment
Disappointing
New update not as easy to use as prior one, at least on my ipad. Also unable to print puzzles, one of the main reasons I subscribe. May need to delete subscription.

I don’t like the way you’ve made a change to the E edition. I think you’ve made it more complicated.
Very difficult app to navigate with
Since the recorder updated their E newspaper, I cannot navigate to read this newspaper easily any longer

Paper format
Really enjoyed the original format so much better. Was like reading the paper used to be. Don’t need categories to help me read the paper. Turn the page and read it! I have liked the paper online because it as simple and just like having paper in my hand. Don’t overthink!! Sometimes old standard way is best 👍 know others who feel the same way.

Disappointing
Easy to use, but whomever does layout should be fired. I print out puzzles to do daily and most days one or more are formatted incorrectly leading to extra borders being printed and puzzle itself smaller than it should be. Poor attention to detail.
Enjoy
I like the app. no delivery delays and get updates during the day.

This application is excellent!!! It is very easy to use. Love the fact I see the paper as it would be printed and ability to zoom in or click story in order to read. Awesome job making this!

No problems…no worries…
I have never had a problem accessing the news from the Greenfield Recorder on my handy app. It is super easy and a delight to be able to read the daily news wherever I am.
