Serviceable, could have more features and be more user friendly.
The app feels pretty barebones. When compared to the Worcestershire on Demand app, it falls short. There is no option to select for a confessionary pass in the settings, no option to save ‘Home’ destination(s), and using a Post code to find your Robin territory doesn’t work. The UI feels very sterile and uninviting, it needs some colour.
Having only two favourite destinations is also quite limiting, I would like to add more; as many as I want preferably.
There’s also no way to change my avatar, Im stuck with my initials.
For accessibility, being able to make the text larger and being able to dictate it would help those who need it I’m sure.

Poorly built, miserably implemented.
Nice idea, but designed by someone used to working with DOS in the 1980s.
First, the captcha code is unreadable and absurdly challenging for even the most technologically literate, let along the average bus user.
Secondly, the infuriation message that my phone number is incorrect (I know my phone number) and no way to bypass this error.
In short, 5 minutes into using it, straight to the bin. Waste of time.

New areas launched today do not appear on the app
The app looks useful, but I am unable to use it because it still only shows the initial two areas of the Gloucestershire pilot, despite two new areas having been added to the scope
