HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I’m sorry I usually don’t so this, but today I payed $278.48 for a 15 min cat wash. My cat had all yellow rustic smell on him that wouldn’t come off on his chest where his fur is white. I called the groomer, she said it was a liquid they used to stop the “small bleeding”. He was not brushed at all, they seriously took 15 minutes and severely injured my cats paws. They told me it was just a claw because he freaked from water bathing him but I looked him over and it’s all his nails! My baby is in a lot of pain and looks super sad! They also didn’t keep my appointment then rescheduled without my consent then before coming they call to come earlier which I couldn’t fit time. But as said they came and it took them 15 minutes to shower wash him, clean his ears, clip his nails and supposedly brush him. The service was already $165 for this then I was charged $50 for water not dry wash, then $30 for ruff handling. Before noticing or them waiting to let me check my baby, I though nothing of it so I was being kind and payed them a 15% tip for their service. I feel beyond livid and stupid for even tipping without checking on my baby. I take my baby to the groomers all the time and I do not pay at all near this amount and yet my baby never comes home bloody or hurt. His paws are swollen!!! I highly recommend TO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HONESTLY MISHANDLING OF OUR BELOVED FURRY PETS. If we pay this much is because our pet are like a child to us. I know my cat and he is very kind and sweet and only freaks out with water. But as a groomer, she was suppose to clip his nails first then shower him then dry him and brush him out. I didn’t care he came wet at drop off, because I understand things happen or they have another appointment. But still full of shedded hair that comes off at a pet swipe away. And most importantly my anger is towards the wounds of my cat! Never ever in vet or other groomers has he ever been treated this way or been hurt to this magnitude. Before anyone comes at me, I understand the process of clipping their nails a bit far back so the quick grows short but they cut his quick way too short!! My poor baby doesn’t want to do anything but sleep it off. They rushed him and abused him! DO NOT DO THIS TO YOUR BABIES!!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY NOR THE TRAUMA FOR YOUR FURRY BABIES! I’m sorry had to go mama bear for my cat because this is ridiculous!! I have had pets all my life, I have two dogs and a cat and never this bad!!! Now I hope my baby doesn’t become aggressive for nail clipping because he never has ever been aggressive as other cats are. My baby was very open to nail clippings, as we do it at home all the time, and as said multiple times just water would frighten him. This is disgustingly enraging !!
Please look at another most recent review on google! They clipped a big piece of a poor pups ear off!!! And today my baby got his paws severely chomped down!!! THIS IS ANIMAL ABUSE!!!
I understand not everyone starts as pro groomers. But as business owners/trainees they should have their newbies shadowing professionals and working hand by hand until they know what they are doing for the price they charge and most importantly ANIMAL SAFETY!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE GO ELSE WHERE BUT NEVER EVER CONTACT THIS SERVICE!!!
