Pretty Much Sucks
The app sucks. It doesn’t work. It doesn’t update. I’ve deleted and tried again numerous times. The divorce itself sucks too. Save your money and don’t buy one!
Good but could use some improvements!
It gives so many fun designs to do, but the one thing is that it only pets 2 people connect at the same time! I think it would be helpful if it was more ! Other than that it’s good and works fairly well.

Unique and Talking Piece
Really great product. Was early supporter and have it as a side table in my office. Customer support has been great and product is really well done.
Beautiful & Calming
I have had a Sandsara for about two years and I love it. I have a high stress job. They Sandsara adds beauty and creates a sense of peacefulness, quietly and consistently. I’m glad I saw it on Kickstarter!
Very limited designs
My son has not worked properly since it first arrived… the patterns are distorted and the selection is very limited

Works for sandsara mini
Took a little fiddling around with but the sandsara website has a support line that talked to me right away and help me get started
Large paperweight
I downloaded the app (since the old one that worked is no longer available). It tells me to update the firmware. I click to update and it tells me to restart the app. I do so and it tells me to update the firmware, and it then tells me to restart the app, ad infinitum. The device used to be cool but now it’s just inoperable.

Now I have an expensive paper weight
When are you going to stop selling these to work with apps that don’t work. After months working with support and manually updating the Sandsara it still doesn’t work. Was told to delete the original app that I still had installed which was the only one that actually worked. I love my Sandsara. Got it from the original release. And now it does nothing except tell me to update the firmware and restart the app. Pot some time into updating the app or including something for the microsd that will actually work

Firmware Update
Always says I have a firmware update. It starts and then tells me to close the app. It’s a vicious loop that doesn’t allow you to do anything.
Awful app
It gets stuck updating the firmware every single time. What a piece of junk.
Regular improvements for an awesome device!
The App is supporting the actual device and it’s fair to say it’s not a trivial task. The app has had many significant improvements over time and any issues I had were solved in the next update. This is a small team that delivers constant improvements and I am grateful to see them👍 I would add that they are very responsive via email to any queries. There are many areas for improvement and for additional features but this app does what it is supposed to do 👍😁
