Suggestion when taking picture of check to deposit
Can you please make the process to deposit the front & back of a check via the App to be better and more user-friendly?
Whenever I take a picture of the front and back of a check, it always says successful; then when I click deposit, it says “Attention” that I need to take a sharper picture, can’t read the data or have better contrast, etc. The light is very good and taken on a dark background.
Every time we have a check, we have to bring it to the bank to deposit it.

Suggestion in the App
Please increase the font size and make it bolder in the column section that shows deposits / withdrawals - They are way too small. Thank you!!

Now the account I opened and care about is TIED IN to my other accounts that I keep separate? I can’t get current statement on PARTICULAR ACCOUNT?
I have to scroll through all transactions/Venmo/coffee for my joint accounts that I don’t care to monitor here?

Blank screen!
I just get a blank white screen when opening this App. Please fix this bug. I tried removing and reinstalling the App. No luck. Not a phone issue.

Very Handy and time saving.
I really like the convenience of online deposits.The only suggestion I would have is that when the system goes down it shouldn’t tell people that they are credentials are not correct it should simply say that the system is down for repairs.
Horrible app doesn’t give any useful info. Can’t even look at a statement or search for a deposit.
This app is a total frustrating waste of time. Can’t look for deposits, Cato search for a certain amount. Can’t look up statements
