Scranton times
Scranton is rated one of the worse places in the country to retire and your biased reporting doesn’t help. Unfortunately, I happen to like home sales reports and obituaries, other than that I read Apple News, the free press and the Wall Street journal.
Glitches and freezing the norm
It is amazing the cost of digital subscription increases while the reliability of the online platform goes downhill.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing your subscription through our mobile app. For Help, please go to the settings menu in the app, found under the gear icon and scroll down to the Support section. You will find several links that may be helpful, and you can email our support team directly using the Get Login Help option.
On line edition
Very disappointed at the change made. I used to get into the times icon and the menu would come up and just hit edition. Now I have to go to internet and search. Very disappointed with this paper anymore and absolutely hate the online version. And it’s very difficult for senior citizens.

Hello, You can find the e-Newspaper in our app by going to Sections located in the bottom navigation bar and then selecting e-Newspaper. This will take you to the digital replica of the latest edition. Thank you for being a subscriber.
