I keep changing my password and none of the reset password work! What a trash app. I thought Korea app already up to date. Unfortunately no.

Failed to purchase both from the web page and the app. Button does not work. Cant search an item. Very frustrating experience.
Most frustrating app and site to use
Shilla duty free’s sign up process as a whole, on the web and the app, is frustrating and confusing. When I log in using the Korean website it works but not on the English website. It’s impossible to log in through the app.

The shilla duty free app is very big problem sign up and log in!! After I registered it can’t log in to the member!!!
