Disappointing Customer Service
I purchased 2 complete set of boxes, folders, and personalized stickers, something I had wanted for years. Unfortunately, there were issues with the name stickers, one had a printing error, while the other was ordered incorrectly on our end.
We contacted the company promptly, but were told our only option was to repurchase both stickers for approximately $8 each. Despite reaching out multiple times, there was no willingness to offer a replacement, discount, or meet us halfway, as we were told this was simply their policy.
I understand policies regarding customer ordering errors, but considering we purchased the complete set and also experienced a printing issue, the lack of flexibility was disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider purchasing the remaining baby book products or another box for my third child.

Best baby book
This was so easy to set up . You have to complete three chapters then they automatically get sent to you after you buy the book. You can set reminders so you don’t fall behind.
Perfect keepsake
I love this book so much. I’m giving it four stars because the UX of uploading/finding photos has changed but not for the better. It used to be simple to find photos, but now it’s a struggle.
Easy app and beautiful book
I have been using this app for 3 years. I love how it perfectly captures our family’s adventures and preserves them in a beautiful album. The app is so easy to use and has great features like uploading videos that are easy to access with QR codes printed on the pages. It has weekly questions to make sure you stay up to date on updating your book. I have pulled the album out during my daughter’s birthdays to highlight special moments through her year. I always get so many compliments on how beautiful the pages are and how organized the content is . Thank you for this product. Very well done.

App crashes
I really want to love the app. I’ve heard fantastic things about the quality of printed pages, and I love the app when it works. But it doesn’t work very well. Pretty much crashes every time I upload something. Hopefully the development team can work out the kinks.
Best baby book app!!!
I’ve used this app for my baby book for over a year, and my baby’s book is absolutely beautiful. It was so easy to keep up with, I got notifications for the prompts! Nothing is missing. I love the ability to create collages on the pages.
Great if you put in the time
Only takes a few minutes a day but if you don’t keep up with it then it might take longer. Pictures take me the longest to organize and sometimes I worry I’ve already used a picture somewhere else in the book. It would be helpful if there was a feature to alert you if the same or a similar picture was already used. A prompt or a tab you could quickly look through that shows all pictures and videos used. The questions are creative, and I am thankful for those specific prompts. I used this app when my son was born. I got a little bit behind and thought that a paper baby book would be easier with my daughter, but I ended up just wanting to do this with her again because it so hard with kids to have a paper baby book out all the time and remember to write in it. This makes it easier to catalog every little memory.. there’s plenty of space to write down all the funny little memories that you have that you don’t wanna forget. Would recommend.

Looooove it
As a totally exhausted new mom, this was the only baby book I could actually keep up with. The Short Years made it easy to capture memories during naps and late-night feeds, and getting the pages mailed to us felt like such a win. I’m so grateful we didn’t lose these moments — they go by way too fast.

The Easiest Baby Book!
When I was pregnant with our daughter, I knew I wanted to document her first year but also knew I wasn’t going to stay on top of scrapbooking. When I stumbled across The Short Years, I knew I struck gold! Not only was everything in an easy format via an app, BUT I could combine both words and pictures in a clean, easy to follow way. This baby book helped me capture all her first milestones and big changes that happen that first year. We LOVE flipping through her baby book. Baby book made easy
We’ve been using The Short Years to document our baby’s milestones, likes, dislikes, growth and all for 6 months now. I love that you can set reminders to go in and answer just a few questions at a time, and have chapters printed later on.
The BEST Baby Book!
I was hesitant on doing a baby book at first because it would take so much time that I really didn’t have. When I came across The Short Years Baby Book, it seemed like something I could possibly do. I downloaded the app and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was! When I am “nap trapped” I spend time working in the short years baby book app on my phone. I can keep up with the baby book so easily because I have everything I need at my fingertips. I LOVE this app and the book is such great quality! Couldn’t be happier! Decided to try this out after seeing several ads for it and am so happy with my decision. As much as I’d love to do a scrapbook myself, I simply do not have the time or energy. This is clean, beautiful, and timeless! I started doing this for my second child now I’m going to go play catch up and order one for my first!

I absolutely love this app. It has been a game changer for me with making a baby book for my child! I had a goal in mind to make and finish a baby book and a physical book is just so hard to remember to write in every day or every moment vs this app you can just click on it and put in what happened in a quick moment.
