I am the founder of a nonprofit dental hygiene clinic & I reached out to the company a few months ago requesting perio charts & patient intake forms- I was SHOCKED to recieve a email from a real person stating they updated their app per my request to include both requests. This is not only amazing customer service, but FANTASTIC for patient care. Great job guys!

From price to performance this is the app i need. It would be better if i could email the treatment performed to the patients. Furthermore, please add icons for the finding of individual tooth. Such as implant icons
