Wow! This changed everything!

I didn’t know an app like this existed for people of faith. To practice grounding, anchoring breath and movement inspired by scripture has changed and elevated my morning and evening routines. Finding freedom in HolyFlow!

I’ve only watched a few videos, and already I know I’ve been changed! 🙌🏾💯

I wake up excited for Radiant Risings—not just to prepare my body for the day, but to align my spirit as well. At night, I lay down, release the tension of the day, and surrender my mind to receive God’s visions and dreams with Prophetic Dreams. And in between? There’s the Flows, Psalms, Scriptures, and Meditations to carry me through! 😆⏳

It’s all connected—spirit, soul, and body—with God at the center. ✨
