I didn’t know an app like this existed for people of faith. To practice grounding, anchoring breath and movement inspired by scripture has changed and elevated my morning and evening routines. I’ve shed weight, stopped obsessive thinking and gotten so much closer with the Lord! Thank God for HolyFlow and this beautiful community of believers.

This app is unlike anything I’ve seen before. It’s such a relief to have a convenient place to go that can guide me in BIBLICAL meditation, breathing, and movement. There’s something for everyone!

I wake up excited for Radiant Risings—not just to prepare my body for the day, but to align my spirit as well. At night, I lay down, release the tension of the day, and surrender my mind to receive God’s visions and dreams with Prophetic Dreams. And in between? There’s the Flows, Psalms, Scriptures, and Meditations to carry me through! 😆⏳
It’s all connected—spirit, soul, and body—with God at the center. ✨
Count it all joy that you’ve discovered such a much-needed gem! I know I do. HolyFlow is truly anointed and blessed. I’m moving, breathing, and listening differently. In Him, I live and have my being! 🙏🏾🖤🤸🏽♀️

There’s so much I could say about HolyFlow. But if you’re looking for a tool for ultimate wellness that makes the presence of God undeniable, HolyFlow is that movement!
