I originally downloaded the app to notify me of new releases as it has a countdown timer only to find it's never correct for example it will say the trainers are out at 8:00am but they were actually out at midnight meaning when the you get the notification the item is always sold out

Jordan 4 Black
I ordered the Jordan 4 black Cat on the 28th November through the apps marketplace we are now on the 3rd December and the shoe is apparently still in progress I have no way of contacting anyone through the app as my phone number is connected however because I can’t connect my email there’s no way to contact customer services I paid 260 pounds for a shoe to not even be able to get help regarding whats happening with the purchase.

No mention of this app being for EU
Considering the whole sneaker world revolves around the US I thought that was odd. Nike/JB dominate the entire global market. This App marketplace is made by a US brand. I find it entertaining that Europeans tend to bash Americans any chance they get but can’t get enough of our sneakers, movies, music, basically everything besides food and chocolate. And beer. We terrible Americans. We even get blamed for slavery. Like where do you think we learned how to do that way back then? From across the pond. Fascinating how EU gets a pass on all the colonizing including the US.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Flood you with offers and latest new lines and then when you try and complete a purchase they kick you out the queue and you lose the item. Terrible to deal with and don’t even answer questions when you try and contact them. AVOID!!!
