Hate this company and this app. They are incompetent and difficult. The app is from 2000. Horrible.

Lots of work to still be done with this app. If you change the contribution rate - it doesn’t sync with the choices I made. They send it to the HR dept but no changes in the app. Fidelity app is so much better - just clone that one - you’ll do fine.
Way too large
Why is this 700 MB? No app should be this size, especially in this category.

The biometric and other upgrades make this app much more easier to use and it is very easy to see my information and make any changes if needed.

Revised App with MGA & Face recognition is FANTASTIC! It’s now not only secure but super quick to log in, has all you need on the home page & is extremely easy to navigate to other useful things. Checking my balance periodically takes 1 minute vs. my last employers providers app that was extremely confusing. Standard thank your programmers for making such a user friendly app!

Great enhancements
Glad to sign in with biometrics now. Makes it easier to see if I am reaching my savings goals and check my return rate.

As someone who checks the app almost daily I love that I can just tap the passkey (Face ID) and get to my balance in seconds.
Basic and Easy
Good for viewing the basics, and easy to use. Wish I could use with my Quicken account though. I was able to do that with a different job.
Login issue
It is really frustrating when you can’t login using username and password.
Face id feature is another failure, it never works.
