Horrible BANKING APP
I do love the state bank as a bank but they are too small to create an app that works. It will lock you out of account if Face ID isn’t confirmed in two gos. Then you’ll have to come in to their bank that has only local spots to unlock “for fraud purposes”. If you have to do actual business get a different bank plenty of other ones that aren’t like this. Plus countless glitches, the app was made by an 85 year old ww2 vet, coming out of retirement to lay out this app.

Remote deposit
I’d give it a 5 star rating except once I downloaded the latest update for my iPhone the camera on the remote deposit does not work. I’ve called to express my concerns and was told to turn off the automatic rotation feature on my phone and that would take care of the problem. When I informed them I had already tried that and it still didn’t work they didn’t have an answer and said they’d look into it. That’s been a few weeks and still no progress.

Bank app
Like anything from The State bank - clear, easy to use, safe and allways accessible. No hidden fees either. Best bank I have ever used - both personal and business! Thank you - Sami
Notifications
The new app will not show my notifications when my debit card is used. I went into the bank and to try to figure it out, and it still doesn’t work. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling it it and still no luck. Went through my apple setup and still nothing. Pretty bummed.

Login errors
I've had my account for decades and I've never had issues logging into my online account via website or app, until last year. It's been several months I can't login to the website or the app. Its an absolute inconvenience to have to drive to a branch to ask about my account when previously I could look at all my account info through the app or website.

State bank not good
they took off my review but anyways i stopped using the state bank after this app came out they kept logging me out the old one now my account was locked. Safe to say i switched banks

This app is absolutely terrible compared to the old one. I was really expecting much more from this completely new setup. I have logged in well over 50 times now, and it still makes me do a security check every time with my email and a code. In addition, I have to log in another time after that. It has been such a pain and nobody at State Bank knows how to work it nor care. Also, the app appearance is not the same as the pictures and it will not even let me deposit a check. There is no option. I am extremely dissatisfied and highly annoyed with this app. Please fix it!!!

No bank option
The app/online platform will not allow me to pay my mortgage. Now I have to call and sit on hold for HOURS. Extremely frustrating.
Not the greatest!
The new update wasn’t allowing me to transfer to pay my mortgage! That was frustrating since I like to do alot online to pay bills! The new update has a lot of useless stuff, just not interested.
