Too many notifications!
Seriously, I get spammed with notifications about every single service update. I would love to just receive 1 at the beginning of the day if the mountain is open or not. I donโt need status updates of every single wind gust on a Tuesday afternoon.

Love all the features of the app! Made ticket buying simple and I love being able to track my runs for the day!
App immediately crashes
It was usable a few years ago, but after redownloading it on a new device the app will immediately crash when I open it.

Great report everyday and Iโd say honest for the most part. Thoughtfully written so look for key words if youโre a fair weather skier ๐ great service, fun lifties, good vibes.
This app is really good!
Apps are like a Swiss Army knife--there's lots of things you can do but most of the time you just need to cut. And this app cuts the mustard better than most. It loads sharp, slices the info I need, cuts deep with envy when the snow cams load on a good snow day, and has everything I need when I need it in once useful package.

Love the app; have some ideas for improvement
The app allows you to easily find time sensitive info like which resort areas and lifts are open, their hours that day, etc. You can even set it up to push notifications to your phone, which is very handy for things that change moment to moment, like parking availability. My top 2 suggestions for improvement: 1) the โAnnouncementโ AKA the handwritten description of mountain conditions that day, is one of the most important things to know IMO, and it is hidden several clicks deep in the app. Additionally, the text formatting appears to be messed up, compared to the same report on the website. 2) The notifications tab (with the bell) contains very helpful updates like โAlpental lot is now fullโ, which is great, BUT these updates donโt have timestamps, so if you happen to see them, say 2 hours after they are posted, you have no way of knowing how relevant they still are. Timestamps would be a vital addition here. Keep up the good work Summit team!

Iโm not sure why I need to send an email and take on more work so that the app allows people to delete notifications. Seems like you should just be able to make it so people can open app and delete notifications/messages. You donโt need more info to do this.

Very useful and practical application. Easy to use and very informative.

Ive been skiing at snoqualmie pass for the past couple years and I have ran into so many problems with runs not being open. With this app, i get updates on what lifts and runs are open! I also have access to trail maps and the ski patrol phone number which is very helpful. I definitely recommend this app!

Notification wonโt go away
I like the app but I have a notification (the red โ1โ) that wonโt go away on it. The link to contact the developer is broken too so this is the only way to contact anyone, please fix
GPS tracking not working
The GPS tracking stops working for after recent updates. Hate it since it lost my four days skiing.
