Very disappointed
Slow and sluggish on the odd occasion but the past 2weeks it’s been totally unresponsive- subscription now cancelled.

Love to read what’s happening in my local paper, which I am subscribed to. But…. On so many occasions I will want to read a breaking story, which whilst I am trying to read it, it will go back to the previous screen. Meaning I cannot read breaking stories through this app!!! I have to try to find them online. It is very very annoying when you pay to get these stories so you know what’s going on, but you cannot access them on the app. Please please try to fix whatever ‘bug’ this is.

Ripping customers off!
I have bought 3 months of subscription and I cannot fully access the app. I have been asking SWINDON ADVERTISER for help but I have got absolutely no where! I have asked for a refund but because of their faulty app they say they have no record of my purchase even though I have clearly shown them the evidence!

Shameful
What load of trash… typical Swindon can’t get a decent job done.. been reading online for couple of years had its problems. Now just took 3 months subscription and then shut me out can’t even download the app… it’s a mess just like it’s town centre!,,,,,,
Rubbish
I subscribe to support local journalism. However, this app loads erratically and tells me I am unsubscribed when I demonstrably am. Really not good enough and makes me feel a fool for supporting local media - which is not a good way to make your customers feel. Will be unsubscribing. I have paid for three months and am owed a month and a half subscription back. Do not waste your time with it - customers seem to be treated as mugs.

Every few months I have the same problem, unable to access this app to read my daily paper. I pay for this by annual subscription, not good enough. Very disappointed Swindon Advertiser reader. Not worthy of any stars at the moment.
Need update urgently
This needs an urgent update. It takes 2 iPad restarts to get it to load up a new newspaper every day. I have paid for an annual subscription and am getting very frustrated.

This App hijacks your iPad screen
This app hijacks your iPad with an advertising page which takes over your iPad screen. You need to restart your iPad to remove the app you cannot just exit the app. The Swindon Advertiser newspaper App is below the advertisement page, but cannot be accessed.
Update required
Please can you update this ASAP as my iPhone is telling me this app will not work with future versions of iOS.
