A test still used

Originally szondi developed the test as an occupational assessment to help people not go crazy by seing where their issue is developing due to a deficit in an are of their life.
That being said its one of few tests that say it needs multiple samples of entry to capture a full arc of your personality baseline. Many people who aren’t aware of his perspective and reason for using the terms in the fashion they were used scrutinize the validity of its results. Using out dated photos is the most critical part because each person was interviewed and analyzed in a non disclosed way. Nowadays bots on dating apps are sometimes used a diluted version using Leopold’s face card test.
Its a great way to get an idea ofwhere you are mentally when you cant make sense of what you cant put a finger on. I use it to capture the state of mind of my dates to see if they are being honest with themselves and to help me see if i am not seing something important.

Load of crap

Not reliable, not valid, and worse than worthless. Inclusion in the App Store under the guise of psychological testing is ethically questionable and potentially harmful.

just what it says on the tin, y’all

nutshell: this is historical reënactment, not drive-thru psychoanalysis.

it makes me sad when consumers get an app without understanding its purpose, then slapping it with 1 star because because it won’t function based on assumption. yellow and blue will never make green in an app operating in rgb or cymk colorspace, for example. yeah, i’d like a child-friendly color mixer, but i haven’t found one yet.

meanwhile, this app runs an “antique” (as it were) personality assessment, using images relevant and contemporary to the period it served. eventually, you’ll be asked to pay for more tests.

that’s all there is to know.

Don’t bother with this one!

Well, I thought, it’s only a buck. What you get isa “test” in which you chose your favorite and least favorite of a bunch of old drawings of faces and the app makes bizarre and insulting observations about you. Save your money, I wish I had.

Haphazard Results

Complete test but results are very jumbled and incoherent.

All the faces are ugly! I don't get it.

Every face looks nondescript and blah. They all look troubled and poor. Or criminalistic. I do not understand....I must purchase unlimited tests....!

Half-assed

It's hard to lend any credibility to it when all the text and results are so haphazardly collected and pasted together, with grammatically incoherent sentences stopping midway. Still, a better developed version would be pretty cool.

Interesting

This is a projective test that is used in real psychiatric testing. I found it very interesting and accurate.

For those complaining about the test, it is supposed to point out repressed or subconscious drives. If you aren't an introspective person, then you probably won't find this of any interest.

Oddly amazing

So easy, fun and accurate =)

Weird...

bizarre, odd, creepy, waste of time, lame! 👎👎

Results completely incorrect!!

This test was not even close to describing or defining my character traits. The results stated I'm violent, sadistic and cold-hearted? Really??? I'm a wife, mother, Librarian and hospice volunteer. I don't think this analysis could be further from the truth!
