Excellent game. As a first time player I was annoyed by two aspects. I assumed it would be possible to move/rearrange buildings etc once placed, and I could not find a way to delete and restart the game from the beginning.

Crash
I used to play this game all the time and got to over level 150. Did a recent updated to the app and now it just crashes instead of opening. I ended up having to delete the app and reinstall which has now deleted all of my progress. Gues what. App still crashes. Tried this multiple times and made sure my iPad is updated and also I have enough storage space. Still can get the app to work. It just crashes and automatically disappears or closes down before even opening.
Developers said they want to know more about the issue. I replied but never got a response back.

You really like to watch adverts
I’ve played this game several years and now the number of adverts has increased. Most adverts are about 90 seconds in length and the x to stop the advert after making a cuppa rather than watching the advert changes from side to side and the x is the smallest they can put on the screen. Some of the adverts you have to click on the screen as if you’re going to try the game. You need to have a lot of patience to play this game.

Updates
Played the game on my phone and it downloaded a new version. It is a week later and I still cannot play the game because that update is not available for download on my apple iPad. I asked game in-site and they said they sent the 19.6 version update but apple just is not releasing it. I am not sure what apples problem is. My phone is android. I would like to think apple wants to stay ahead of the curve. But I guess that is not the fact. Hopefully enough people see this and respond as well and maybe they will allow the updates.
