Won’t Even Open

I played this ages ago, and wanted to come back.
I downloaded it and it won’t open at all! Opens to a black screen and closes again. This needs to be fixed and I know it is not on my end

Excellent game. As a first time player I was annoyed by two aspects. I assumed it would be possible to move/rearrange buildings etc once placed, and I could not find a way to delete and restart the game from the beginning.
