App is buggy and lessons are gone
The app has always been a bit clunky and buggy however, now all my lessons are gone after paying for a year.

Company/Site is a joke
This site and whoever runs it is an actual joke. They get you to sign up to pay $40 a month and the only content you get is a bunch of vocal warmups which I can get for free on YouTube.
The supposed community is dead as I have posted questions on the forums and nobody ever responds. I tried to email customer service and they never respond. I think it’s ridiculous that the only way to cancel your membership is to email them, but they don’t respond.
It’s a complete scam. The community admins are completely useless. For this supposedly being a Christian community and SUPPOSEDLY this is run by Jeff Mathena, I’m not buying it.
Don’t waste your time. Go with The Worship Vocalist. Same subscription price but way more content and actual customer service who responds to you.

I'm sorry that you did not like our community or our app. While we try to respond to customer service inquiries within 24 hours, sometimes that gets extended to the following morning during busy weeks, which is what happened in your case. Thankfully, you were able to cancel without being charged, since you were still within your free trial perid. As for your comment about this community being a joke...this app represents my life's work, and every single hour of coursework and vocal warmups are created by me (Jeff), which is obvious from the fact that I am the one on camera, on the microphone and leading 99% of the community coaching calls, which you never attended.
Unlock confidence in your voice
You get what you put in. I enjoy not having to stress on the details and the strategy Jeff uses to sing as we are designed to while not focusing on technical aspects. I used to only sing 2 hard songs back to back and then have to “take it easy” Now I have more freedom with my voice and I’m always learning something new the longer I stick with it and understand a different aspect of what Jeff teaches on a different level. Highly recommend!

The Unhindered Voice has not only been my favorite community to engage with for the last few years, but the content created, as well as coaching by Jeff Mathena is the best I’ve found in decades of being a professional musician, vocalist, worship leader, and educator. My voice is the strongest it’s ever been. Most importantly, my spiritual growth grounded in Biblical truth has helped me regain my true voice as an unhindered worshipper in the Kingdom of Heaven
