Cannot Edit Profile

I have deleted this app and restart my iPhone, to download the app multiple times. I can’t open it to edit my profile. It keeps saying that my password parameter is required. The suggestion from the tech support does not work.

Vitals App

Reduces the fear I have when family members leave our house.

Amazing

I got my Vitals Beacon after I found out my department payed for it annually and so far I haven’t needed any interaction with emergency services for crises (physical or mental health). Although knowing it’s there if I need it, that’s so much support already, in my head. It gives me confidence. Plus, I don’t have to wear my other medical IDs on me. I have so much going on inside my body that could become medical emergencies. But now, I have it all on one platform. Vitals.

However, I kind of get scared because there is a potential I could be in another state and I’m on a farm and start going into a flashback or similar, and there’s no WiFi for a responder nearby or simply the responder(s) don’t have the app.

Privacy issue

First of all I would like to say I can appreciate the intent and idea behind this app, that being said there are a few issues I see that could possibly have dramatic consequences. I am only speaking from an end user and am not a first responder. What about HIPPA LAWS? Although their is no law that requires a person to give medical information to a medical professional, or a facility, which brings me to my other concern.... what if the information is not reliable and medical care is given to a unresponsive person only to have learned it was incorrect? Or worse..... irreversible damage to the persons well being or death?
Now liability issues are a concern for the whole treatment team from beginning to end.

Love This

I have had this app for a couple months or longer. Our local 1st responders are interested, & I hope they get aboard. Even wo them, it’s been great to open this app in times of desperate need. I am able to instantly show EMS or our local PD everything instantly. It does need a cpl things: hair & eye color/also scars. I know we put pictures, but when you’re in a stressed situation w/mind racing, trying to think of every scar or even eye color can mean seconds that count. Love being able to update anytime at the touch of a finger.
