Freezes alot
I just downloaded this app yesterday and I login and when I look at my purchase history and I click on the order and I wanna look at more information. It’s frozen on the page and all I see is a little Cirkle like it’s thinking and I. Pass that page. I have to close out the page and go back in and it constantly does it so I have to go onto the actual website to get for. It’s not a Wi-Fi issue because I have no problems with my other apps.

Ordering online should be more convenient
When one orders online from a merchant, for shipment to one’s home, one would expect a product to be in stock *somewhere* in the country [unless it is being discontinued]. The app should NOT only order what is in stock at your “favorite” store. What has happened several times we ordered in sufficient quantities of certain products to get the free shipping. A large part of the order gets canceled with no explanation why. If you are going to cancel any part of an order, you should at least have the decency to have a human being call the customer to explain, or at least have your system be robust enough to advise the customer there is not enough quantity to fulfill *and why*.

Rewards??
I don’t know about any of you guys, but I’ve had a lot of trouble retrieving rewards. There’s definitely a bad loop going on in the app. Im deleting it he app and no longer using it and going online directly from a search engine on my laptop because the app just doesn’t wanna work on my phone. I have to admit it’s kind of inconvenient when you’re trying to retrieve your rewards or coupons when you’re at the store and you can’t use your phone to do it. It’s been like this for a while. Come on. Send us an update and fix it.

Just downloaded the latest update, and now it crashes everytime I try to open up my orders. Please fix!
Boring
The app does nothing but throw the same boring deals over and over and over. 20% off this and that but that’s the absolute farthest it will go. You’ll think that you’ll get a different one saying $20 off, but then it says you have to spend $100 or even $120 what a joke tbh don’t waste your time and just get the deals that they have in store

Very poor customer service
Be aware if you order a product and you are sent something else, the company, instead of owning up to the mistake and correcting it on their end, will make you do the leg work to correct their mistake. This is apparently their “policy” I’d give 0 stars if possible, use Amazon who will own up to and correct their errors.

Fix this!
Can’t search anything up! When you type it in and press enter it keeps saying “no search found” and when you click on the brand name button to see what else they have, it says “no search found” so annoying. I can’t search a specific brand or item!

I like the store; it gives me the feeling of an organization that’s interested in the business they’re in and in helping customers with their health and fitness.
I’d like to use the app, but if I wanted to use your website I’d already be doing that. Wrapping your website in the barest minimum of a shell and calling it an app may get you into the App Store, but it gives me the same impression I’d have if I found a GNC label underneath your labels on your products, just repackaging something else instead of making your own.
A website has its use needs. An app has its own. They each have abilities the other doesn’t. Use the right tool in the right place.
Cutting corners and taking the easy way out doesn’t work in fitness, although it can feel like it if you’re not paying attention. The same is true in running a business: it can feel like you’ve saved a lot of money by not actually building a native app, and if you’re not really paying attention, you can convince yourself of that.
We see you though.

Good app, useless customer service
I like the functionality, but i spent way over $700 last year, which means i should be a gold member, but they didn't reward me, and customer service just blew me off

earning points doesn't show up on the app sometimes for over a month; you can't update a review; unavailable items appear in search, should at least say 'out of stock'
Flawed Mechanics
Cancels orders without providing an explanation or a notification, does not reason as to why the order could not be processed either, so you don’t know what to fix. No way to tell what personal information is not aligned from the sites perspective preventing the order from being completed. Called customer support- they’re incapable of providing any help… “you might just need to make a new account and re-enter all your information”. Have had to replace the same order 4 times now causing me to lose money because A. The reward points are not refunded when they cancel and order and B. The sale on specific items was revoked, meaning I had to pay $20 more than I did initially to get the same exact items. Seems like a big flaw that other online marketplaces do not have

Good app but missing features
I find this app easy to use and reliable. I also like the selection offered and the . What I do not like is the lack of features to filter products by what is in stock, nearby or online for shipping. Having out of stock sale items in search results makes it difficult to find what products for purchase.

App doesn’t work
App is terrible. Reward system doesn’t work. Ive been a client for 2+ years spent $500+ and haven’t been able to earn a single cash back offer or even a discount. Don’t waste your time buy somewhere else.
