App won’t allow me to use reward
Your app won’t allow me to use reward after multiple attempts to verify. I was shopping through shopkick so please try to fix this problem. Thanks
Terrible app, terrible cycling of products
Very buggy app, EVERY TIME I go to sign up for auto delivery the items are shortly clearanced out or unavailable and no alternative is EVER recommended or available. This company needs to (re)invest in its employees rather than investing in flashy prototypical technology that creates more inconveniences than it solves. Fix the previously purchased search bar, makes it impossible to stay consistent in getting the correct products (DOSING mainly).

Glitches
App has glitches and will not allow me to change the pickup store. I've checked for an update and it's up to date. Still will not allow me to change the store.
Can’t Order
I tried multiple times to add a credit card to pay, and it kept being rejected as incomplete details despite all of the fields being completed. Needs a lot of coding work, far better to use the website in the interim.
Freezes alot
I just downloaded this app yesterday and I login and when I look at my purchase history and I click on the order and I wanna look at more information. It’s frozen on the page and all I see is a little Cirkle like it’s thinking and I. Pass that page. I have to close out the page and go back in and it constantly does it so I have to go onto the actual website to get for. It’s not a Wi-Fi issue because I have no problems with my other apps.
