Not very accurate
Searched up an item on the app. It said it was in stock at the Albany warehouse. Drove 30 minutes there to buy the item, but when I got there, the staff said oh no, that’s wrong, we don’t have any in stock. Quite a few people have been asking for that item the last few weeks. Disappointed. Why use the app if it is inaccurate?

So my store is set for one specific store. Twice ive ordered a click & collect to the wrong store, thinking it would have my store automatically set for click & collect. Not even checking just click click pay done lol

When are you going to fix the small windows issue for iPad 18 users? Very annoying not to be able to view a full size enlarged view of items any more!! Also Cart takes forever to load. Cart now appears in a very small window instead of full screen. Enlarged item view appears in a small window instead of full screen. In Wishlist the text used for item title appears greyed out, not in black. Just for starters. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! Ruined what used to be a great app.

NOT TIME SAVVY
Honestly love the idea and it’s great when it works like the other big chain apps but I cannot believe how much time I lose waiting to get from one page to another using the back arrow or trying to search for or add another item. I was in the actual store searching item stock and price and I managed to locate the item on foot and the app still hadn’t stopped buffering by the time I got to the counter.
