What’s going on TWC?
I don’t know how long I’ve had this app on my phone, well over a decade. Living in Florida, I use it nearly everyday, able to track storms or possible storms and they’ve always seemed to have the best coverage, videos and tips, until recently. It seems I spend more time watching ads than anything, with all the advertising being stuffed down our throats, we’ve learn to block them. What I can’t turn a blind eye to, is the fact that there’s been a possible tropical storm developing right next to Florida and there’s nothing on this app about it. Nodda. Zilch. Pushing me to upgrade to premium? Nope, app deleted.

Terrible in recent years
The ads in this app are not stop and so freakin annoying. The app itself is moderately accurate.

Very informative on many things concerning the weather. I can better plan for outdoor events based on the inform the app.

The Worst
This is the most inaccurate weather app I’ve ever seen. You’re better off standing outside and staring at the sky. All of the weather apps/ news channels try to scare people.

Greedy
Already getting pops and ads that people pay for and now you’re being greedy asking for more money from the public. Used to love this app. Now I hate it. Greed shows its ugly face yet once again.

This app is extremely good at updating the Weather in real time
Invasive Ads
The weather channel app has gotten ridiculous to use with hugely invasive ads that open up browsers & apps on your phone. They prevent you from opening the radar or using the app completely unless you shut the app down. Beware. Use other weather apps if you can.
Wrong location
While my actual location is not far off from where it’s showing my “location” it’s confusing and frustrating sometimes. How can I fix it??
What we lost in this app
I’m in construction in the roofing industry. We live by our weather app. Know cloud cover and wind lightning strikes used to be free in this app! Now it seams like any real information I want to know. This app wants to get paid for..not right and that’s why this is a second or third place in my weather search apps now when checking weather. Remember I’m on the roof I can see it rolling in…

Don't "track" on me!
Stop the unwanted ads. Most you can't close anyway once they start. And why do you find out necessary to track my search history? Why are you trading to connect my contacts if not for then sending them unwanted texts. Stop the tracking and I will re-download the app and change my review. It's a great app we support for the tracking and ads.

Been using this app on iOS since I got my first iPhone in 2009. The app is a shell of what I once was with copious ads, constant reloading and/or freezing with more and more features getting locked behind a subscription paywall. I’m done, Everything Weather has been a great replacement, I don’t miss this app at all.
