Privacy overreach
In order to book a class, the app developer in Italy requires permission to “process data about my state of health”. The Wellness Privacy Policy states that Seven Oaks Hospital (and others) are not liable for misuse of information in the app.
App sucks
I try to use it and doesn’t always work. Try to get workouts downloaded and it won’t open.
Buggy
App doesn't always load programs. App doesn't always log an activity. Can't be relied on for accurate tracking. Not really a benefit to members.
