No longer works
Paid subscription and doesn’t work with the songs. Why take money if the app or web developer no longer is running. No contact can be made anywhere!

Fun time video not working
Frustrated that the fun time video is no longer working, it’s a paid subscription app, and I constantly get an error message to check WiFi.
I have done all the tricks delete app reset devices shut down wifi and reload and nothing works. My non verbal daughter is so frustrated she doesn’t understand it’s not working and continues to hit herself out of frustration. All other areas of the app are working.
I have sent an ema email to the support team with no response to date.

App Support Doesn’t Work
Purchased. The app tells us for everything that we aren’t connected to Wi-Fi which we are. No way to send them a message to ask how to fix it. Cancelled subscription immediately. Waste of money
Not connecting to Wifi
All the games are stating there is no wifi connection when there is, my daughter can watch the videos but cannot play the games. I am on a trial but it’s pointless to continue with my subscription .
