Paid subscription and doesn’t work with the songs. Why take money if the app or web developer no longer is running. No contact can be made anywhere!

Fun time video not working
Frustrated that the fun time video is no longer working, it’s a paid subscription app, and I constantly get an error message to check WiFi.
I have done all the tricks delete app reset devices shut down wifi and reload and nothing works. My non verbal daughter is so frustrated she doesn’t understand it’s not working and continues to hit herself out of frustration. All other areas of the app are working.
I have sent an ema email to the support team with no response to date.

App Support Doesn’t Work
Purchased. The app tells us for everything that we aren’t connected to Wi-Fi which we are. No way to send them a message to ask how to fix it. Cancelled subscription immediately. Waste of money
Not connecting to Wifi
All the games are stating there is no wifi connection when there is, my daughter can watch the videos but cannot play the games. I am on a trial but it’s pointless to continue with my subscription .

I love this app and I love Emma. So I would like to have FaceTime with Emma and Dorothy. And as my love always says have a bowtiful day. (I have a huge crush on Dorothy btw)
Great but songs won’t download
My daughter loves this app, but when we paid for it, we can’t download the songs. This is 1/3 of the app, so we are very disappointed. I tried reinstalling it and we have storage space. Any tips so I can give it a 5 star?

Sound often doesn’t play
This app isn’t great. Often the music in videos doesn't play which is disappointing considering this is what we are paying for. Please fix this.
A great app for kids
This review previously reflected iOS 14 bugs which have since been fixed.
The app is a great one for kids to be able to create and watch back a range of different Wiggles song. My little one and their friends love being able to sing and dance with the Wiggles. Well worth the subscription fee each year.

Limited interest
I thought my son would love this but he was not very engaged. Songs are shortened versions and do not have his favorite, do the propeller. This app needs some work. We are huge Wiggles fans but we will pass on this app for now. As a side note, we did get a response within a few days when we had technical issues.

Sound issues
Paid for the subscription and it works until anyone touches the screen while playing or watching, then the sound turns off!! Very frustrating.
Deceiving!
My little ones love the wiggles so I searched to see if there was a Wiggles game for my four-year-old daughter and she was so excited to play it but, sadly, like many games, it first appears to be free but then actually you only get one option to play that’s free and all the others are locked!!! 🙄☹️You know what? Just don’t even bother offering the free one if that’s all that is going to available!!

Images are pixelated
Some of the videos and overlays have colour blocked boxes ruining the photos and videos any fix?
Needs Some Work
This app is lazy. Menus are only in portrait, but videos can be flipped to landscape so it doesn’t work well when using it as a tablet in a car or fixed position. Small selection of songs. Recordings need to be rewatched to save and saving takes a long time in baby time. No playlist or auto play of any kind; once a video ends, it goes back to the menu in portrait mode and you need to select a new video to play.
It hasn’t been updated in 7 months so don’t expect it to get new content.

More songs?
Are you guys able to add more songs to the app? My kids love it but it’s getting a bit stale. The Wiggles have such an extensive song list, surely you guys can double the song library? Here’s to hoping! More power to you. Cheers!
