Constantly freezes
They really screwed this app up. Constant pop up windows, constant ads, constant freezing. Used to be fun, now a nuisance.

As of September 2/26 my game will not load! Have been playing for years and never had this problem before. Please help!
What the heck
When I opened the game this morning I was in position 8 with hundreds of thousands of green shields. When I opened it again this afternoon I’m down to position 30 with no shields. What the hell! I worked hard for those shields!

Last update awful
I’ve been playing enjoyable for months now but the last update has made it so much more difficult that it’s no longer fun. Also the hints are horrible. Need more smarts to make a helpful recommendation vs just the minimum
Just Two Things
Well, it takes forever to play the game for all the hi jinx graphics AND if you don’t play for a couple of days, well you drop in your title. You’d have to buy it back for 89 coins. Seriously?
Great game but….
I have been playing this game for years. It’s a great game, although to begin the game there are numerous pop ups that you have to keep closing. It can take a good 3 min before you can actually play the game.
Player beware
Do not buy anything in this game ,it’s scam. You do not get what you pay for. You pay thinking you will get the rewards in Wicked season and other promos but you do NOT get the rewards.They don’t tell you that you have to play to earn it. Then why pay for it right? They do not warn you up front. They will rip you off too. I was deceived, oh and you cannot get a refund it’s in the clause with the fine print I was told by support. I will now Stay away from all. Zenga games. Sad to rip off an old lady on a retired fixed income who’s just wanting to stay active mentally.

Wow way way way way way way too many ads or pop ups just to play. I hardly log in because I know I’ll get at least 5-7 “offers” before starting to play.

Used to be Best game ever
You were my number two game for a long time until my number one became too difficult. Well now you’ve added new levels and you’ve made it nearly impossible to be raised to the next level. I still love playing this game but I will no longer recommend it. One of the previous best things was that it was possible to move upward using a combination of wins and magical offers and other rewards for watching ads. But now it is almost impossible.

BEWARE. Was enjoying it off and on for a couple of years. Then, today it asks if I want to allow the app to track me. Like a sane person, I said “no.” Suddenly they deleted my account. What a joke

New update
The new update makes it harder to play and win any level. All they want is for you to spend money in order to play the game. I’m deleting this app as it isn’t enjoyable any longer - just frustrating. I refuse to spend my money on any app that isn’t fun to play.
Lots of Glitches
I have enjoyed playing this game. It’s a bit like playing slots in that when it’s hot, you can keep advancing pretty quickly. Other times, you get stuck on a level & it seems like unless you make a purchase, you stay stuck. A big glitch is when, even though you’ve cleared all the required objects, the scoreboard says you still have, for example, 3 more blocks to clear or 3 more hats….none of which appear yet now you loose your ranking, benefits & more. I’ll even use my coins to extend the session, yet they still don’t populate. This is a huge rip off!!! I hope you guys can fix it.

Screen size
What is up with the size of the screen we now have commercials and ads playing on top of the screen so it’s just as usual a waste of time and energy if I could give you no stars I would and as usual, I have many many many points saved up so that I can get into first place. I had over 12,000 thousand with another two days to catch up and they are lost because you want to update the screen or do whatever it is this is the worst game ever I don’t know. I think you guys make your own reviews to give yourself. Yes, we’re the best.

Rip off
I have played this game for several years now probably at least five and whenever I start to buy credits suddenly things start happening to the game pieces they freeze up won’t go away. I’ve complained several times. Still no resolve. I’ve taken snapshots of what happens and because I have an iPhone and use iOS they’re not able to accept the snapshots. I love playing this game. That’s why I’ve stayed with it but I no longer will. I just want to warn other people.

Not able to play anymore
Downloaded the app, was able to play for a bit. Tried to connect it to Facebook, now the game won’t play and keeps telling me my account has been deleted, even after I remove and reload the game app. ? Tried contacting Zynga service, but only got a trouble shoot email.
