Did not refund my money for return
I ordered 2 different products. They delivered 2 pieces of same product. Both of which I had to return as size did not fit and larger size was not available. Thereafter they gave me refund for 1 product only while both products were picked up. It’s been more than 2 weeks and they are not refunding my money for the second product. Not done.

Very Disappointing Refund Experience
I placed a prepaid order through the Theater app, but unfortunately I had to cancel it. Since the payment was already made, I expected the refund to be processed smoothly. However, despite repeated attempts to contact their support team, I have neither received my refund nor any proper response.
My messages are being ignored, and nobody is answering my calls. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially when the money has already been paid.
I hope the Theater team takes customer complaints seriously and processes my refund as soon as possible. Please resolve this issue and return my money.
