Poor Customer Support & Delivery Issues
I would not recommend purchasing products directly through their website or app, as they appear to take little ownership of the products once they are handed over to their delivery partners.
I personally faced a dispute regarding the incorrect quantity of an item delivered. I reported the issue to their support team on the very same day and provided pictures as evidence. Unfortunately, the response from the support team was quite harsh and unhelpful, and despite sharing all the necessary details, my issue was never resolved.
Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious when ordering directly through their platform.
