This is one of the worst apps. I’ve seen on the market. There is no cancelling option. They don’t even talk to you when you try to connect to the customer executive on WhatsApp. There is no available calls for options and on Safari or chrome. You will not be able to see the cancellationgo through, because in their case, the order does not exist while it’s being shipped. How funny is that this is one of the worst apps I have ever found and one of the worst brands I have ever seen. This is such a bad low class and cheap maintaining quality for such a high running brand in India. They don’t even reciprocate and they have zero options for customer coordination and cancellation of the order.
