What's New in TheNeighborHub
2.0.2
October 20, 2026
NeighborHub 2.0: a fresh new look and easier to use NeighborHub has been redesigned from the ground up, with a cleaner look in our new colors and simpler navigation. Find things faster Five tabs: Home, Community, Requests, Payments and Account. Home now shows what needs your attention first: dues to pay, open ballots and polls, and violations with their deadlines. Below that are the latest announcements, upcoming events and your recent requests. Pay in one place See your balance, open items and payment history for HOA dues, violation fines and amenity bookings together. Pay securely by card without leaving the app. Have your say Polls and official ballots are now in one place. Fixed an issue that could stop households from casting official ballots in the app. Community Full calendar with a month view, event details and "Add to calendar". New vendor directory with contact details. Neighborhood Watch: report a concern and follow community alerts (where your HOA has it turned on). Announcements now include past announcements, and lists load more as you scroll. Requests Maintenance requests show a progress timeline, and you can add comments right on the request. Book amenities with simple date and time pickers. Event and parking notices are easier to submit. Violation details show photos and the notice, and let you pay or appeal. Account and security Reset a forgotten password from the sign-in screen. Your sign-in is now stored in your device's secure keychain. Tapping a notification takes you straight to the right screen. For HOA staff A new Manage tab with a work queue: approve registrations, decide appeals, send violations to owners, and update or assign maintenance requests. We've also fixed many smaller issues and made the app faster.
