表示がおかしい

iPhone16eを使用しています。アプリのアップデート後、表示が大きいままで全体が見えず内容が確認できない箇所があり困ります。

エラーコード1

最近のアップデート後にエラーコード1が表示されるようになりました。フェイスid(iPhone16Pro/iOS26.3.1)でロック解除後必ずなります。通信環境はWi-Fiなので通信の問題では無い気がします。コード1は通信の何らかの障害だと言うことも分かりますが、動作テストを何パターンか試みて頂きたいです！

問い合わせ窓口が見つからない。あちこち探して見つけた問い合わせフォームは選択肢が解約希望しかないので、ここからは相談できない。アプリ内に自由入力の相談フォームを設けてほしい。
(実質問い合わせができないのでここに書くしかないです)
