Used to work, now constant error
Got the keyboard as a Christmas gift for my daughter a year ago and the app worked great for a while. Now whenever I try to load a song for her I get a pop up that says, Tips Network exception, please check your internet connection. I’ve tried every trick in the book to fix it and always the same error. Pretty much makes the app useless. Doubt we will see improvement since it’s been a while since they updated it.

Absolutely LOVE!
As a beginner I find the lessons are simple, the games make it fun, and I actually want to play! It is simple enough that my 5 year old is trying to learn too. I’ve never written a review for an app, that’s how impressed I am!
No option to import Midi files?
I got the piano so I can learn my favt songs but apparently the app is extremely limited and no functionality to add midi files
Won’t connect via Bluetooth
I have the teal keyboard and this new app will not connect via Bluetooth and I can’t connect it via cable because my phone won’t put power to the piano. I don’t understand.
Subscription is awful
Save your money. The subscription is awful. The songs are unrecognizable and most are for 88 keys. Maybe a few that are popular. Download the app and check out the songs.

This app is so fun! I just wish I could continue the lessons without paying further on, and I also would like to be able to connect Spotify to it or something like that where I can play more songs. Thank you fr your time.
Great app
This app is amazing and I love using it. I got it on my birthday, June 24 and I’ve been playing with it ever since I got it. My favorite things is playing songs but the only problem is that there are very few songs you can play and since this app is made for kids and beginners you should add DISNEY SONGS!! I love Disney and I know there are lots of people who also love Disney so it would be really cool to learn how to play a Disney song!

Won’t work with new iPads
Loved it until we got a new iPad.
how do i fix this
when i do my lesson, the first few lessons i could hear the accompaniment
but now i don’t hear anything
so it’s like
“first listen .”
and it’s just silent. so i want to learn more notes but i have to get past the drudgery of learning the little songs when i can hear the accompaniment so it’s not fun. it’s super sad. other than that the app is good. i’m putting one star till somebody fixes it for me

Really great, just need more
I really really like this app-and the keyboard however….the lesson part is the greatest, most helpful part, but does not have near enough content. I completed all the lessons in just a few nights and I’m not near ready to play the songs just by reading the sheet music, also while trying to pay attention to the lights. The game is fun and is helpful for muscle memory learning hand placement and notes, however there’s not reading music practice along with it. And I absolutely love the fact that you can download sheet music-BUT I feel like that’s so much more advanced. I just wish there was more lesson content and structure-like once you finish this set of lessons-go practice these songs-and levels of games…overall really good app, but I’m gonna have to download another app to learn more before I can actually play the music

I love it and i just want an album full of all the Violetta the Spanish show, there’s 70 songs I want to be able to play my favorite show songs on the piano, but this app is so good otherwise, and could a developer please respond

Cannot use the app at all. App will not allow me to create an account with any email address, continually says “Failed to send verification code.”

I LOVE this piano and the idea of it. However, when I first got it years ago, they had SO MANY songs and the app was so easy to use and you could slow or speed up the song to learn at your own pace. BUT NOW - after returning to it several years later, the new set up has less options and so many FEWER songs! Plus, there is no option to buy or add songs! Even easy classics are no longer available. It’s actually so limited, I’m looking into another smart piano - as I can’t even find the songs I used to have on the app anymore. Big bummer.

Great for learning!
This is so awesome. Allowing you to pick songs and the keys lighting up to help you learn! So much fun!

Have the original piano. App doesn’t work with cable. No bluetooth option.
Cheap app falsely advertised
The app has a section called ‘songs’ where you should be able to download sheet music that connects via Bluetooth to the keys. When you hit download it says it is saved to the album but there is no album section in the app and a weird pop up comes up saying ‘tips’ with Chinese under it.
