Current update: logins are glitching!!
Reported bug on app today.
Cannot login at all to order anything.
First bug: it does ‘not recognize my login or password incorrect’ message. Therefore I reset password. ( note: all my login info was correct, had tripled checked my records).
App now shows this glitched message when I try logging in: undefined is not an object (evaluating
'y[O].longitude')
Tried logging in on website directly, can login yet all my coins/purchases is missing and not found. I know I have coins and purchases on record from month ago. Not trusting my order will go through let alone be available for pick up on time. ( Note: live many hours away from nearest ThePetshop so we go in monthly or bi-monthly to restock in city. )

Great pet shop
App is easy to use, saves previous orders so that it takes me less than 30 seconds to reorder food for my cat, delivery is so fast usually same day, and they send updates so you know when it’s been dispatched. Great prices and great service, I’ve ordered so many times. Highly recommend!

Prices changed right before check out!!
While checking out for my orders before paying the total price was less (because of sale) then suddenly the prices changed out of no where and went up excluded or changed the percentage of the sale price !!

Crashes all the time
I don’t think you should promote this app so hard until you’ve fixed all the bugs. It keeps crashing and is so slow. Gets me thinking about switching to another pet store.

No option to sign up
I do not want to sign up with another account and so this app is useless to me.
