The worst app I’ve ever used
I cannot for the life of me understand how a product that is so well-made and effective could be paired with such an app that is so unbelievably bad in every way. The app has zero redeeming qualities and doesn’t work. I’m so disappointed because my daughter was doing really well for two weeks, but we could not watch the videos in order and after two weeks it would not allow us to do anything else everything is just locked. We paid I think around $400 for this product plus the app that comes with the instructional videos and we can’t even use them.
