My daughter has been using it every day we got it recommended by OT team member it makes her more calm relaxed, and her attitude is better. She loves it and so do I.
Never shows paid music albums
Worst experience. I have to uninstall and install may times before I can access my paid music for therapy of my son.
Research
I’m an OT that has been trained in TL and I keep up with published research in the area of music for health! You cannot go wrong using the program for self or with various diagnoses. It’s amazing and cost is reasonable! Collaborating with an OT will help you understand the why, which piece of music, and when!

More than one device?
Can’t seem to play the music on apple and android device. This isn’t good because don’t always have my iPad with me and my son gets in a situation where it would be helpful.

I have been plagued by sensory issues for the last 25 years. Cindy P. in OT suggested this app. I did the two week rental back in November 23. Six months later I realized my perceived togetherness and organization was greatly improved while doing tasks and listening to links to modulation. It also opened my eyes to many things that are triggering while I have always dismissed to it is what it is; i have overwhelming urges, but while listening I feel more in control with my choices. Just start with mundane task like dishes, yard work or laundry. The proof is in the pudding how simple chores become less strenuous.

Won’t restore
My son uses this for his therapy. For the last few months it won’t restore purchases. I delete and redownload it daily. Today it won’t even do this. We rely on this app for his daily moods to centre him and it’s just not working. Please can you sort this.

Terrible app. Last update a year ago
The therapeutic listening program itself is amazingly helpful. This app is excruciatingly annoying. It has so many bugs it’s unusable. I rented a track that I can’t even use. How do I get my money back? I’ll get the music through our OT therapist
Legal purchase
Admittedly, the music I “purchased “ was transformative for my child’s behavior. However, in acquiring a new phone, my song purchase has been repossessed by Vital Sounds. It is an egregious use of proprietary power. I paid slightly over $18 for each of the songs, a fair, albeit large, sum for a song that I was told was mine to keep. Buyers, buy the entire cd for $30 to prevent them from taking it away from you. The convenience isn’t worth not having it available in the future. I did contact them and received no response.

Bad Customer Service
I have recently purchased a new phone and wanted to transfer the music I had paid for just a month ago to my new phone. I was told this was not possible so I asked for a discount to get the same music again. Sad to say they have ignored my emails. Any other music service you only need to purchase once and it is yours for life but this con of an app wants you to repurchase again and again.

Issues with app
We use this app regularly with our 5 year old through OT. It’s frustrating that you can’t drag the bar to start the music over when I start it too soon. I also have issues every time I close the app….the things I’ve purchased disappear and won’t restore. Please fix this glitch so I can use this app more effectively.

Great app- a few tweaks would make it 5 stars
The OT therapist used this app with my son whois diagnosed with ADHD, high-functioning autism with sensory processing disorder. He combines it with other therapies and it's definitely helping. Customer service was prompt. My only recommendation is that there is an ability to preview a portion of it as I try to figure out which are both in alignment with his needs and may be pleasurable to him. I also wish the description of the downloads were consistent with the level of description. Some are very descriptive and helpful when deciding others are light on words.

Not what we hoped for
The app is difficult to navigate. The prices for the product are excessively high >$1.00 per minute of music. The rates are also not published until you choose one to consider. There are also no previews so hopefully it is what your recommending provider wanted to you use.
