Booked an appointment on promo for the next day, then they changed treatment price over night and expected me to pay the higher price
Pretty useless
Nothing you can do on the app that you can’t do on the website. Everything else, you still have to call and the clinics usually don’t pick up.

If a clinic cancels your appointment the treatment disappears of your account and you cannot rebook. You’ll then have to call customer service for help.

Beware of unauthorised bookings
If you go in for a treatment they automatically book you in for a new treatment 4 months after without telling you. I only found out by logging onto the app and suddenly seeing an unexpected booking. When I called them they said this is new policy. You are liable for cost of no shows so this feels like deception to me. Not a way to treat your customers with respect!

Appointments don’t populate
I’ve been getting laser for around 3 years now. The app still doesn’t have my appointments populated, this leaves me at the mercy of the reception staff if I want to change/purchase or cancel appointments. Seems really inefficient and a waste of an app. I’ve already told the staff before, I don’t know if it’s an update or a migration issue but I can’t use it app how it is intended. So frustrating! Cmon lads !

Unwieldy and bugging
Totally unclear how to book appointments, this should be visible immediately on the main page instead of adds. Often goes blank, so you have to close and start again. Super frustrating!!

Loots of bugs and errors
The app needs improvements, for example bookings don’t work, not possible to confirm an appointment . Doesn’t have a contact session making the contact very difficult in case of any problem.
Good app but could but could be better
The app itself is good, looks good but instead of having all those deal on the main page, you should have the ‘book appointment’ and ‘manage appointment’. Especially when booking, it’s quite hidden and takes me sometime of me clicking everywhere to remember where it is.

Computer says no
I normally have two treatments booked at the same time (they happen within the same five minute appointment but are listed as two separate treatments for billing purposes). I was told I could move them via the app if I couldn’t make it. I clicked on the appointment and moved it to a time that works, but I noticed it only moved one of the two bookings and I couldn’t move the other one as it said there were no bookings available (even though they are normally both done at the same time by the same practitioner within the space of five minutes, I literally don’t even take the goggles off). No worries, the app isn’t great, so I went into a physical clinic to ask them if they could please move the other appointment but they said they couldn’t as there weren’t two consecutive bookings available (even though common sense would dictate since both are done within the same five minute appointment, I don’t need that). Classic case of computer says no. Now I’m going to be a month behind on my treatment as that’s when I could next get an appointment, and I can guarantee the practitioner is going to use this as the reason my treatment isn’t working and I need more sessions. Poor app and poor customer service.

Update has ruined app
Latest update has made the app unusable. It’s not showing appointments, I can’t change / amend anything and cannot view paid for treatments. I should not have to ring the store every time I want to make an amendment to booking.

Latest version does not work
I’ve been a thérapie customer for years. Following the latest app update about a week ago, it’s become unusable. I get stuck on a screen just after logging in, where it does not allow me to click the “continue” button even after I’ve entered all my information. There seems to be no way to contact Thérapie to inform them of this bug other than posting a negative review on the App Store - in any case, it’s surely an app glitch. Who knows if they’ll see this though to be able to correct the problem.

Rubbish app
The app doesn’t allow you to change any personal details, instead you have to go through their team to do anything which takes weeks to change. Furthermore my paid sessions don’t show on the app, so I cannot book and change appointments on the app, instead I have to call up, wait on the phone and have to book that way. I cannot see what slots are available or anything!!

Can’t get into my account at all. Keeps saying it’ll send an email code - the email hasn’t arrived. How am I meant to make a booking?
Won’t let me reset password
I’ve never been able to get the app to work. It’s supposed to let me see the bookings for appointments I paid £1200 for. I feel like I’ve been ripped off as I’ve been in constant contact with customer service explaining by email including screenshots that it says I’ve been emailed a password reset but I’ve never received one. I was told on the phone that I’d booked 8 emsella plus 4 emsculpt but never received all the treatments. Don’t pay this company over the phone until you have an email from them detailing exactly what you’re paying for and the price.

Wish I could give it zero stars! I like Therapie the company and use their treatments first off! However the app is the worst I’ve come across of any apps in any area! It isn’t intuitive, doesn’t seem to have up to date availability for any treatments so you have to call anyway and constantly crashes and logs you out. I’ve been logged out for months and unable to get back in as it says my email and info is wrong (it’s not) and it won’t let me rest when I try the “forgot password”.
