“FULL BODY” – but apparently not your legs, bikini or underarms.
I have repeatedly asked Thérapie Clinic one very simple question:
WHERE exactly did it state, before I paid, that Full Legs, Bikini and Underarms were EXCLUDED from the “Full Body Laser Add-On”?
They still cannot show me.
Instead, in their “final response”, they quoted this:
“Eligibility: Add-on courses can only be purchased if you already have Full Leg, Any Bikini & Underarm course.”
This says who is ELIGIBLE to buy the offer. It does NOT say that these areas are EXCLUDED.
There is a huge difference between an eligibility requirement and a treatment exclusion.
I asked them to provide the exact wording showing these exclusions and dated evidence proving that these terms were clearly available when I purchased the package. Instead of answering this directly, they simply interpreted the eligibility condition in their favour and declared the complaint closed.
If you advertise a treatment as “FULL BODY”, any major excluded areas should be stated CLEARLY and PROMINENTLY before the customer pays — not explained afterwards through an interpretation of completely different wording.
After numerous emails, they still have not shown me one clear sentence from the terms available at the time of purchase stating:
“Full Legs, Bikini and Underarms are excluded.”
Yet they have now issued their “final position”.
This is not how a transparent business should handle advertising or customer complaints.
Be extremely careful before purchasing any promotional package. Get EVERY included and excluded area confirmed in writing first, because apparently “FULL BODY” does not necessarily mean full body..
If I could give zero stars I would
Pretty useless
Terrible
Book an appointment after.
But by that point you’ll find out which clinics actually offer that service - which again is guesswork (you have to select each clinic one by one to see availability rather than availability across all. If a clinic cancels your appointment the treatment disappears of your account and you cannot rebook. You’ll then have to call customer service for help.
Beware of unauthorised bookings
Appointments don’t populate
Unwieldy and bugging
Not impressed
waiting for response. Call in the store it is then !!
Or blank ?
Loots of bugs and errors
Good app but could but could be better
Response from developer
Hi there, thank you for the kind words about the app design and for the honest feedback on the booking experience. We completely agree that appointment options should be front and centre. We’ve just released a new update that does exactly that, booking and managing appointments are now clearly visible right on the home screen, making the process much faster and more intuitive. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts. This kind of feedback helps us make the app better for everyone.
