This is a scammer
This app is a scam they also have another app that calls time and attendance for $1. One dollar is nothing I know that, but is a not working app so don’t waist your $1 dollar or more because this scam is not refundable.
Is so annoying that Apple let this kind of apps show in Apple Store and like this app I have bought a lot of other apps that after a while they disappear and with that also disappear the money customers spend.

It keeps crashing
It is becoming very unreliable. Support is a joke. I am going to have to find a better software.
App Crash
The app has not worked since the last update. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. I reached out to customer service and their suggestions included checking their “knowledge” page. Nothing on that page fixes the issue. Customer service is absolutely terrible and they refuse to help anyone. They constantly refer to their “knowledge” page and do not even address the issue. As soon as I click on the app it doesn’t even open. So explain to me how I am supposed to fix that? That is not something on my end! I do not recommend therasoft for your EMR. I wish they followed the way KIPU works. That is a much easier EMR to use.

Could you please fix the finger log in? It hasn’t worked since I downloaded it a year and a half ago. Also my app hasn’t worked (type in info and cuts to loading sign with no response) since the new update.
