OnPay’s unfinished app
No you can not download your W-2 from the app. It shows you a preview, but there is no way to download. I took a screenshot. I hope that works for the IRS.
This app is not fully developed. I have been on the phone with Onpay about many issues regarding the app. Their own people’s only response is: “The app isn’t finished. You should log on to the website instead.” That was 3 years ago. Nothing has changed. I give up.

Not a good app
This app is so outdated
App Error
When I attempt to edit my banking information, the app attempts to execute something but it returns back to the same page. I also get the same error when splitting a check.
