Great app that allows me to pick up shifts easily when I am available!

Is it bad luck ?

I’m not getting quality offices. I work with several other temp agencies that are great! I’ve had no problems and I’ve been temping in several states for several years now . For some reason when I book with Teero , there’s a 50 % chance it’s going to be a rough day. Most of the time I just run into disrespectful people at the offices I book on their app

Very Unethical Temping Agency

I’m a registered dental hygienist who used Teero for temp work. Although my earlier experiences with their support team were positive, a recent situation left me disappointed enough to stop accepting shifts through them.

On August 19, 2026, I drove over an hour for a shift scheduled from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The listing did not disclose any paid-parking requirements or provide parking instructions. When I arrived, I found paid street parking and a paid garage. I normally avoid assignments involving paid parking, so this information would have affected my decision to accept the shift.

I called Teero, and the first representative was kind and apologetic. He offered a bonus of approximately $20 for the inconvenience and told me to go ahead and park. I appreciated his help.

While trying to arrange parking and get into the office, I paid approximately $7 for six hours in the garage. The next option was $15 for twelve hours, and the confirmation email indicated I could extend my parking if needed. I ultimately did not extend it, left the office around 3:20 p.m., and later received a $55 parking notice in the mail.

I recognize that I purchased less parking time than my scheduled shift required and did not extend it. My concern is that the lack of parking information created an unexpected, stressful situation before work—and I was disappointed by how Teero handled my request for help afterward.

When I contacted support, a representative pointed out that I had purchased six hours of parking for an eight-hour shift. I found her tone dismissive and lacking empathy. When I requested a supervisor, she told me that her team would have the same position. I continued asking and eventually spoke with a manager, who also declined reimbursement. I did not feel I received a meaningful explanation beyond being told they could not reimburse it. This was a significant contrast to the helpful support I had previously received.

This also was not my first experience with missing assignment information. On another occasion, I accepted what I understood to be a traditional office shift, only to discover it involved accelerated hygiene in a mobile dentistry setting. That was not disclosed in the listing. I completed the shift, but would not have accepted it had I known beforehand. I submitted feedback through the app and did not receive any follow-up from Teero about that concern.

As a hygienist, I rely on accurate descriptions to make informed decisions about where I work. Parking requirements, the practice setting, and the hygiene schedule matter. I take responsibility for my own decisions, but I also expect the agency and participating offices to take responsibility for communicating essential assignment details.

Ultimately, the incomplete listings and the way my concerns were handled led me to decide not to continue working through Teero. Based on my experience, I would encourage other hygienists to confirm parking arrangements and the exact working environment before accepting an assignment.

Loving TEERO

Very smooth day shift

Shifts keep getting cancelled

I’m not sure what is going on with Teero, but they have become unreliable. Shifts keep getting cancelled less than 48 hours with no explanation. As hygienists, we aren’t supposed to cancel on offices, but they can cancel on us at anytime through this platform. I will be booking shifts through other apps that I can rely on.
