Was good up until they had stuff to say
I had 2 shifts and they were too picky and expected to have me know everything they knew so they paused my account cuz they had a problem with me not knowing how to do temporary crowns or scanning and especially since I didn’t have the certifications for it cuz I came from California and this is Arizona. The manager of the app spoke with me and said if the offices complain about me again that they are gonna deactivate my account permanently. I couldn’t even ask a lot of questions either. Like cmon I’m trying my best and it’s still not good enough for any of u guys. I’m a hard worker in the field and I wasn’t lazy or on my phone. U guys should protect us instead of punishing us for permanently deactivating our accounts like seriously we’re not robots or ai. I’m a human being who just wants to do things the right way.
