My first shift
Of course Toothio just connects you to different offices and those offices dont reflect toothio, but i had an amazing first shift and toothio judt made everything simple and easy. the only thing is is that the only shifts near me are modtly 3 hours away or every now and then ill get one one hour away which is good. I just wish more offices were using the app. itd alos be nice if there were a messaging feature in the all maybe to be in contact with whoever the contact is just if i have any questions. its more convenient than calling over the phone. judt an idea. anyways, thank you!!

Low pay
I set my hourly amount and I get notifications for shifts that are $8 less per hour than my minimum. No one on this app pays my rate, but thankfully I get plenty of temp jobs at my rate on a local dental staffing app. I was also approached by a Toothio recruiter and when I told them I’m not interested in a permanent position with a dental office due to having to be a caregiver for my Mom at the moment, they still sent my info to a dental office which reached out to me. I had to tell them sorry Toothio sent over my info when I said no.
