OnPay’s unfinished app
No you can not download your W-2 from the app. It shows you a preview, but there is no way to download. I took a screenshot. I hope that works for the IRS.
This app is not fully developed. I have been on the phone with Onpay about many issues regarding the app. Their own people’s only response is: “The app isn’t finished. You should log on to the website instead.” That was 3 years ago. Nothing has changed. I give up.

Not a good app
This app is so outdated
App Error
When I attempt to edit my banking information, the app attempts to execute something but it returns back to the same page. I also get the same error when splitting a check.

It let me log on the app and check out my pay stubs and everything else I needed

Forced by my company onto this terrible app. It does not recognize my email or password where I can login successfully from my desktop. Awful.

It’s non existent. I login and it takes me to a blank page no matter how many times I start over or redownload the app. This has to be embarrassing for the company. Makes them seems unprofessional. May make me switch back to ADP. This is not convenient at all!

This whole program is trash! I can’t log into my account on the app or online. It asks for a “multifactor code”then never sends one. Never let’s you just log in without one. I have checked my spam folder my email my backup email, nothing. Then it doesn’t give you the option to select that you did not receive the code or to contact support. Total waste!

Doesn’t work
Despite loading, deleting, reinstalling multiple times, this app always generates an error message. Worthless.
Can’t log in as a 1099 employee
If I just go to the web browser on my phone and log in via the website it works just fine. Meanwhile, the dedicated app will take my login and verification code but refuses to give me access to any information. What a joke, avoid at all costs.
Cannot log in ever
I haven’t been able to log into my account for months now via the app. And every time I try to log in on the website via my phone it never recognizes my phone and have to verify it’s me every single time
Not functional
Can’t log in as a contractor apparently to access pay info or 1099 info. Other payroll services we’ve used in the past allow this from their app
