Battery and battery icon
The battery needed to be re-set several times over the ski season. Spent more days with cold feet than I should have. The battery icon is useless and awful. I’ve done everything possible, including talking to support which takes 3-5 days to respond, yet still the battery remains a gray icon with white inside, whether fully charged or completely empty. SMH. I miss my Hotronics.

The battery icon needs to be bigger and easier to see instead of grey on a white background and a percentage scale would be more intuitive in determining 50% level for long term storage.
Much better than heated socks with all their wires
The heated insoles are great. Note to developer: a delay function would be really helpful. If i turn them on before i leave my feet sweat before i get to the lift. If i want to turn them on later i have the issues of cold hands and risking getting the phone out on the chair lift. If i could set the levels then set them to come on after 15 or 30 mins it would be perfect.

Alors on se retrouve à charger trop souvent la batterie peut-être
Ou encore ne pas la charger et se retrouver plus de batterie à la fin d'avant-midi

Works pretty well
Works well for controlling my boots but would love if the battery indicator was more clear. Hard to tell if they are empty or full. The white/grey is not clear…
Great socks, horrible app
I think this app has worked once for me over 20+ days of skiing. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it a few times, and tried multiple other fixes with no luck. The socks themselves are great and work well with manual operation of the batteries, but if someone has a special tip on getting the app to work please post it here.

Need Siri
I've been using this app for several years and it works just fine with these great boot heaters. I would love to see you integrate Siri so that I could either set up a routine or speak to the app such as "Siri set thermal heaters to six"
This app is WORTHLESS!
This app doesn’t work at all. There are absolutely no instructions on how to connect the device to the app and it won’t find the device on its own despite being powered on.
Needs Shortcuts
The app works fine for controlling boot heaters but it would be awesome if it had some shortcuts. I wear bluetooth headphones in my helmet and it would be amazing to be able to ask Siri to set the heat to a level or pause heating without taking the phone out of my pocket.
First year, so far so good
I've only used the toe warmer twice so far and could definitely notice a difference. I just wish the app showed battery levels, there's no way to determine what percentage of battery you have left.
The displayed battery level is unclear
It isn’t clear how much battery is remaining. It’s light gray with rectangles. To be frank, it doesn’t make much sense if I have 1/3 left or 2/3.
Does not work with Apple Watch
As stated in other reviews, the Apple Watch app is non-functional. It cannot open any controls or do anything. Anywhere Thermic claim Apple Watch compatibility is a lie. Which is shame because the heaters are otherwise great and the phone app works perfectly.
Why haven’t you fixed these yet?
Won’t connect to Bluetooth. These are not user friendly. I see you haven’t changed a thing in several years via the reviews.

Great when it works. But frequently disconnects and doesn’t recognize boots. In this era, very subpar quality
Kopplung funktioniert nicht
Katastrophale Funktionalität. Immer wieder geht die BT Kopplung verloren und die beiden Akkupacks werden nicht mehr gefunden! Finger weg von diesem überteuerten schlechten Produkt!
Bad app, untrustworthy
The app shows the units as heating even when the battery is disconnected. Can’t trust this or the battery level.

Useless!
Bought the socks and accompanying batteries. Tried for hours to get the batteries to connect to the app; will not work!
Annoying app
It works fine. But once I pack my ski boots up for 3-4 weeks I have to delete the app. Re download it & set it up again. It just won’t work after a period of time. . After I re downloaded It took me less that 2 minutes today to set it up but it’s annoying. And again at least 4 times since I wrote this review.
