Don’t buy their products

This app no longer works with IOS 17.3, crashes every time it is opened. Heated insoles are now useless. Tried contacting support but link goes nowhere.

Put phone in airplane mode/shut off wifi to work

The app seems to crash with the iOS updates. I see other reviews complaining that they haven’t updated the app for 7yrs. I finally figured out how to get it to work!!!! Put your phone in airplane mode. Turn off wifi. Then launch the app and skip register. Pair with plus button too right corner. Your pin should last 4 digits of miner inside battery tray or whatever pin you originally setup. Hope this helps some people still be able to use these insoles.

App Won’t Load

Restarted phone, removed app, reinstalled and app opens and closes immediately. Won’t stay open long enough to even report issues. Waste of money buying inserts since they won’t work without app. Do not recommend unless they fix this ASAP! 19 Nov 2023.

Heated insoles

App keeps crashing. Worked great first year. Unfortunately, I believe the company needs to update app. Insoles (expensive) are now useless.

Garbage

App is useless and crashes upon startup which of course renders the insoles useless. Not sure if these are still being sold but don’t buy Thermacell heated insoles
